A chilling online child’s viral video shows a young child running on a thin ledge, four stories above the ground, while her parents were away. The video was filmed in Spain’s Tenerife city on Saturday, Sky News said.
In the video, in Playa Paraiso, the child is seen walking fast along the narrow ledge without any barrier. She seems to have climbed out of the window of the apartment. The video shows her running to the apartment balcony, pausing for a couple of moments, then turning back.
The child’s viral video was shared on the ‘ I Love Tenerife ‘ Facebook page, where 3.4 million views and more than 25,000 surprised comments were received. “This toddler managed to climb out of this building window whilst the parents were taking a shower,” the page captioned the video.

“Oh my goodness, she even runs and trips over her foot and still doesn’t fall!” wrote one person in the comments section. “My stomach has turned inside out at such a sight,” said another. Many also criticised the parents for leaving their daughter unattended.

Metro News reports that the parents of the child are thought to be Finnish tourists. Police, who were informed on Monday of the incident, are currently searching for their parents. Whether they’re still in Spain or have been flying back is not known.
