According to new court documents filed on January 9 in connection with Kardashians ‘ application to continue Chyna’s deposition, Blac Chyna was blasted by Kardashians ‘ lawyers. This is for arriving late at a deposition and posing for a photo shoot with her entourage in tow. The lawsuit by the Kardashians accuses Chyna of being 90 minutes late to a deposition in September 2019 and of taking a photo shoot during the lunch break. They also accuse Chyna and her lawyer of disruptive behavior during the proceedings.
Kardashians ‘ request states that “The deposition of the petitioner was scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. On 24 September 2019, in the L&S[ Lavely & Singer] headquarters. On 24 September 2019 the claimant arrived more than an hour and a half late for her deposition. They go on to state that “the plaintiff sat from her deposition for less than five or seven hours.
At the lunch break, Plaintiff started to engage in a photo shoot in the L&S office’s main conference room, as well as in and around the office building of Defendants ‘ lawyers, joined by her lawyer, Lynne Ciani, and a small entourage of photographers and stylists. Her response states, “Plaintiff’s misconduct in discovery has not occurred.”
Kardashians’ Defendants Accuse Her
The defendant, Kardashians’ documents go on to say. It states “As a result of Plaintiff’s photoshoot, it agreed-upon hour long lunch break. It began two hours after the deposition commenced at 11:50 a.m. Then it extends to almost an hour and twenty minutes. Furthermore, and as described below, Plaintiff and her attorney were disruptive during the deposition, refusing to answer relevant questions and preventing a full and fair examination – so much so that the deposition could not be concluded in one day and Defendants were forced to file a motion with the Court for an order appointing a discovery referee to conclude the deposition.”
“Plaintiff refused to answer Mr. Singer’s questions and even threatened to leave the deposition. Plaintiff and her counsel deliberately avoided providing a clear answer. This is about whether she feel she could not be on a television show with Defendant Robert Kardashian in July 2017. This is when she filed for a restraining order against him including a stay-away order…”, the application states.
As reported earlier, Rob is currently battling for his daughter’s primary custody, Dream Kardashian, 3. This is after making some derogatory claims against his ex and TMZ’s mother Blac Chyna, citing secret court records. If the reporting of TMZ is right, then Rob has had a heart change since March 2019. This is when the former couple allegedly signed a joint custody agreement. Rob no longer had to pay Chyna $20,000 in child support per month.
